Saiko attempted to defeat SMG4 and Mario with her Minigun Machine that she was lucky enough to acquire. She is later stopped and both her and Boopkins are forced to let go of each other. This, of course, leads to Boopkins dumping her, and her going insane, plotting revenge on him and the main protagonists. In her debut episode in the SMG4 universe, she comes to life when Fishy Boopkins uses Kamek's wand to make her come out of his dating sim, Kevin's School, but in real life, she becomes extremely jealous, destroying anything that might get between her and Boopkins, even his waifu body pillows, which she ignites with fire.

She got a new GMod model in SMG4: The Meme Games 2022. During The YouTube Arc, Saiko was sent to the Internet Graveyard due to Whimpu (and herself accidentally) altering the events of her debut in SMG4: Doki Doki Mario Club by destroying the laptop with her game in it, preventing Boopkins from bringing her to life. Since then, she has been much warmer and less psychotic. Though she was initially villainous towards SMG4's Gang and the Mushroom Kingdom, Saiko decided to be a better person. Upon being brought to life by Fishy Boopkins, Saiko suffered from mental instability and evil intentions. She is a hot-headed fighter in SMG4's Gang and a best friend of Meggy Spletzer and Tari. Saiko is a major antagonist-turned supporting character in Season 8, a supporting character in The Waluigi Arc, the deuteragonist of The Rapper Bob Arc, a major character in Season 9h, one of the the three deuteragonists (alongside Mario and Fishy Boopkins) of The Anime Arc, a supporting character in SMG4 Movie: Meggy's Destiny, Season 10, The YouTube Arc, Season 11, the Genesis Arc, SMG4 Movie: 10 Year Anniversary Special, the Revelations Arc and SMG4 Movie: REVELATIONS and one of the three main protagonists (alongside Melony and SMG4) of Season 12, being the main protagonist of the second third. Saiko Bichitaru is a major character in the SMG4 series.
